Acquisition Policy Analyst-Clearance Required

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Perform statutory and regulatory research and assess policy impacts in the area of Acquisition of Services.
- Use program management expertise to recommend updates to the DoD 5000-series acquisition policy documents and the Adaptive Acquisition Framework website.
- Assist government personnel with preparation of responses to inquiries.
- Support various services acquisition meetings with scheduling, facilitation, tracking of action items, data analysis, and documentation.
- Assist with outreach and training as needed.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position requires an active security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 10 years of work experience, preferably with a program management office in DoD or other federal government agency
- Experience working as a requirements owner or program manager
- Knowledge of the policies and implementation of the pathways in the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework
- Familiarity with the content of DoD Instruction 5000.74, Defense Acquisition of Services preferred
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint
- Self-directed, detail-oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities
Targeted Salary Range: $82,000 - 120,000
