Physical Requirements

Work is primarily office and desk, computer-based but will include walking around medical center and working in patient areas.



Shift

Monday through Friday, day shift (evenings and weekends rarely needed).



Job Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Managing research projects; maintaining records; producing reports
  • Recruiting subjects and obtaining consents for research studies / clinical trials.
  • Obtaining and maintaining IRB approval for research projects
  • Helping to secure new research funding by identifying grant and clinical trial opportunities
  • Helping to write and publish scientific / medical articles; helping write grant applications



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Planning & organization, communication (written & verbal), time management, Microsoft Office Suite; BLS certification, phlebotomy training, ECG training, Oncore, SAP.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
