Part time general dentist will provide dental services and care to panel of patientsPart time general dentist will provide dental services and care to panel of patients on Wednesdays and Saturdays with a focus on the diagnosis and treatment of dental problems and upkeep of dental health including:
- Conducting dental examinations.
-Administering anesthetics and treat infections and diseases of the teeth, jaws and gums.
-Performing tooth extractions and filling cavities.
-Instructing dental hygienists and assistants.
-Performing prophylaxes and educating patients on proper dental care and hygiene.
-Supervising dental residents and students.
Requirements include D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited program and Board Certification in Dentistry with a minimum of one year of practical experience, and full license to practice dentistry in MA. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) you have the opportunity to apply for loan forgiveness through National Health Service Corp (NHSC). Boston residents preferred.
