Director, Index trader, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., New York, NY:
Generate and grow US Delta One related revenues in "US ring fenced book “and local US Balance Sheet. Support Equity Finance and Delta One (EF&D1) Sales in US and globally, provide pricing, trade ideas and market color to assist in the growth of our client franchise across financial institutions, hedge funds. Ensure trading activity and hedging is conducted within all appropriate risk parameters. Ensure compliance monitoring is in place, in accordance with HSBC and regulatory standards. Manage risks associated to these products by trading all sort of derivatives products: equity Total Return Swaps (TRS), listed options, futures, Interest Rate (IR) swap, FX. Manage funding and liquidity of Delta One activity in US. Assess market environment and develop trading capacities. Liaise with EF&D1 trading globally and Equity Derivatives trading locally as part of an integrated global business. Maintain communication with Delta One and Equity derivatives sales globally.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay Range: $250,000 to $260,000 per year.
RequirementsMust have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.
Must have 7 years experience in:
· Index trading or Deltaone;
· Deltaone trading processes and risk management;
· VBA or Python;
· Programming database such as Bloomberg;
· Manage complex and diverse derivative instruments and manage the risks related to them; and
· Manage projects with different departments including but not limited to, Risk, Legal and IT departments.
Must have FINRA Series 7 and 63.
