Become a Senior Specialistat Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. SCE’s eMobility team is responsible for the largest EV charging infrastructure programs in the nation with a transportation electrification program portfolio of over $1 billion. In this job, you’ll be managing program accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking & reporting. You’ll be processing vendor invoices and rebates along with other contract management tasks (i.e. purchase orders, request for proposals, master data governance, etc.). You will be gathering, analyzing, and interpreting program data to support decision making and regulatory filings. You will also be working with external stakeholders such as third party implementors, contractors, and peer utility employees to collaborate and support program objectives. You will be a partner to various organizations within the company to ensure revenues are directed toward the appropriate programs.

Responsibilities
- Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives
- Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards
- Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review
- Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits
- Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs
- Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit
- Develop and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis
- Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience performing business operations analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative field
- Knowledge of SAP ECC/Ariba
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of the Transportation Electrification field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers, clients, management, and other organizations
- Ability to work with little supervision, sometimes with limited or no precedent
- Ability to follow Edison safety protocols and safe work practices
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
