Full Time
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our growing IT Project Management team. This individual will be responsible for leading IT projects & programs that will drive business value for the organization. This includes managing cross functional teams, all program & project commitments, and ensure they are completed with quality, on time, and within budget.

About the role
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects
  • Support PMO with innovative ideas to implement initiatives, and drive solutions and team success
  • Responsible for alignment of program and project scope with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage program and project plans to meet business goals including roadmaps/timelines, resources, and cost while utilizing the Agile project management framework
  • Responsible for communicating program & project status to IT leadership and all stakeholders on a regular basis; ensure dependencies, risks and issues are documented and communicated thoroughly
  • Provide and develop innovative and workable solutions to a wide range of technical challenges and business opportunities
  • Formulate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for potential products and coordinate product demonstrations
  • Ensure that program & project documentation is complete including kickoff templates, project plans, agile ceremony documents, requirements, design, testing, implementation, production cutover, logistics, policies and procedures, new standards, contacts, dependencies, risk and issues lists, and status reports


About you

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes
  • Experience in support of a PMO and the delivery of successful application or software development and infrastructure projects
  • Proficient knowledge of project management utilizing an Agile approach (Scrum Certification preferred)
  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate efforts with others, both inside and outside of the department
  • Must be a team player and can work with all levels of users and management
  • Jira Tool experience required


Experience
  • Minimum of five years in project management with experience in IT project management and/or business analysis is required
  • Previous experience working with business processes in a retail environment preferred


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Information Systems, or closely related field
  • Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master, Associate in Project Management, Project Management Professional, or other credentials from the Project Management Institute preferred
