Role Purpose:

The Manager, IT Enterprise Integrations is responsible for overseeing Integrations within Hain Celestial, ensuring smooth and efficient data exchange across internal systems and with external partners. While the focus is on a broad range of integration technologies, a strong concentration on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) skills is essential, given its importance in supporting supply chain and business operations. The manager will lead efforts to implement, monitor, and optimize integration processes, ensuring they align with company policies and industry standards. Additionally, expertise in DevOps practices will be crucial to streamline development, deployment, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily integration operations, including transaction monitoring, error resolution, and process optimization for both our integration platforms (Boomi/BTP) as well as EDI.
  • Manage technical aspects of EDI and integration technology platforms, such as Boomi and SAP BTP.
  • Participate and operationalize the strategic integrations vision (IT Digital Roadmap) for Hain Reimagined.
  • Support teams responsible for integrations, EDI, analytics, ERP/SAP, SharePoint, application development, and RPA initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Integration guidelines, standards, and documentation to support internal teams and external trading partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance) to integrate platforms such as Boomi and BTP processes into the company’s systems.
  • Lead Integration projects, including onboarding new EDI trading partners and upgrading existing systems as well as managing B2B integrations using API and other technologies.
  • Troubleshoot EDI issues, working with vendors, partners, and internal teams to implement solutions promptly.
  • Monitor EDI performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., AS2, EDIFACT, X12).
  • Train and support internal teams on EDI processes and best practices.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI operations, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with EDI software and tools (e.g., Gentran, Sterling Integrator).

Preferred:

  • Experience with integration platforms like Boomi and SAP BTP.
  • Project management experience, with a focus on EDI integration projects.

Competencies and Proficiency Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of EDI standards, protocols, and data formats (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, AS2).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex EDI issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in EDI software, data mapping, and integration processes.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and platforms, including Boomi and SAP BTP.

Financial/Budgetary Responsibility: None

Team Size: 2-4

Conditions of Role:

  • Travel Requirements: Up to 10% travel required as necessary.
  • Physical Conditions:

Work Environment: Predominantly remote, with some flexibility for office presence when needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $105,000-$129,000 / year (commensurate with experience and location)
