Salary Range for this position is $55,000 - $68,000. Salary Range is based on Experience and Education levels.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Marketing, Customer Experience Specialist,

This role will dedicate its day to engaging with both new and existing pathology laboratories, collaborating closely with the sales team, and organizing relevant pathology information. A significant portion of its time will be spent making calls to establish and maintain relationships with pathology labs, while also providing support to the sales team. Additionally, the candidate will analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and improve overall performance. This role requires a strong focus on communication, organization, and data analysis to drive success in pathology-related initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or some post-high-school course work an asset.
    • Minimum one year of experience in a pathology-related position preferred
    • Minimum two years of experience in customer service role

SCHEDULE

  • Traditional 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Up to 10% travel required for training and company meetings, as needed.
