Location: Minot, ND or Minneapolis, MN is preferred. Remote work will be considered based on location.

Expectations
This role provides essential support to the marketing team, helping with a wide range of tasks, including social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination. You’ll assist in tracking marketing metrics, organizing digital assets, and ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines. This role offers hands-on experience in various marketing activities, allowing you to contribute creative ideas and gain practical skills in a collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering data and basic reporting on marketing activities, including tracking social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.
- Help the marketing team in researching and organizing content for marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
- Support the development and coordination of marketing materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and website updates.
- Ensure that all marketing content follows brand guidelines, including the use of logos, colors, and other branding elements.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and responding to comments or messages as needed.
- Help organize and maintain marketing files, including photos, videos, and other content used across various platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including coordinating meetings, taking notes, and managing project timelines.
- Assist with other marketing projects and tasks as needed, gaining exposure to various areas of the marketing process.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer Skills – To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office and web-based software in a professional manner is required.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with arms and hands. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
