Position Title Part- Time Completion/Retention Specialist Job Category Part-Time Staff Range Minimum $20.00 Position Type Grant Funded Department Dean, School of Health Pfns &amp; NS Job Summary Grant Funded Position, ends June 30, 2024 – One part-time Completion Specialist to improve completion by working directly with students in programs in the HPNS school to develop educational plans and a path to completion, conduct on-going outreach and student follow-up, monitor progress, and reporting outcomes. Qualifications - Education Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required. . Qualifications - Experience Minimum of two years of experience in Higher Education; experience with computers and software applications. Qualifications - Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook); Learning Management Systems (e.g. Blackboard); Software Systems used in Higher Education Management. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize. Ability to work independently, show initiative and exercise sound judgment in performance of assigned duties. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Work Hours Flexible- 20 hours/week.
