Description

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to work in our Materials and Fuels Complex (MFC). Our team works a 4x10 schedule located in the of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report directly to the MFC Work Control Manager. 

Be a TPOC to ensure the development of detailed maintenance strategies/schedules for all Preventive and Predictive maintenance activities required to support facilities and equipment in the MFC mission center. 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing preventive maintenance program. 
  • Collaborate with System Engineers in configuration accuracy of the CMMS database to track, trend and retain precise equipment and systems maintenance history. 
  • Support Facility Operations by capturing surveillance requirements, and ensuring that operations performed maintenance are credited properly. 
  • Have In-depth understanding of the engineering change process and modifications affect to implement sustainable maintenance strategies for nuclear equipment and systems. 
  • Manage the health of the Preventive Maintenance Program ensuring asset lifecycle matches the maintenance need. 
  • Support planning with needed revisions to maintenance due dates, to achieve optimum maintenance performance. 
  • Coordinate activities with all departments to minimize plant/facility downtime and maximize equipment reliability. 
  • Develop and collect Preventive-Predictive Maintenance execution performance data to identify gaps with expected performance. 
  • Own contributions to continuous improvement of the Preventive Maintenance program/execution with support of annual Maintenance Operations Improvements to further develop maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor-s Degree from an accredited institution and 9 years relevant experience. Associate-s Degree and eleven (11) years of relevant experience, or Credited Trade school with achieved craft journeyman status in lieu of bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) years of relevant experience    
  • Experience includes nuclear facility operations, maintenance, engineering. 
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.  


Job Information: 

  • The pay range for this position is ($91,008 - $186,588). At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials. 
  • You are required to show a demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
  • TDP: This is a testing designated position; you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and periodic drug testing throughout the term of your employment.
