Fidelity Prime Services is seeking a Product Analyst to join our PB Optimize Product Management team.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute our product strategy, enhancing our technology solutions and driving client engagement
  • Dive deep into data analysis, using Python and SQL to uncover insights that shape our product decisions
  • Create compelling data visualizations to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in building and refining machine learning models to predict market trends and optimize our products
  • Contribute to the development of new financial metrics and analytics tools that give our clients a competitive edge
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into product-level specifications
  • Participate in user testing and translate customer feedback into feature improvements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and identify areas for improvement

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 0-3 years of experience in a related field (product management, data analysis, finance, or technology)
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics , Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Programming skills in Python, with a focus on data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in machine learning concepts and applications in finance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A passion for finance, capital markets, and fintech
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • CFA progress or interest is a plus, but not required

PB Optimize is a portfolio finance and treasury technology solution that is transforming how hedge fund clients manage their assets. Since its launch in 2012, we have expanded to serve approximately 300 clients and continue to grow. As a Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of financial technology, working on products that directly influence some of the most sophisticated players in the financial sector.
