Job Summary
The Research Analyst/Research Translation & Talent Development Specialist will support education and workforce development initiatives in environmental science and STEM education, building relationships with schools, local governments, and other stakeholders. This role involves coordinating training programs, internships, and professional development workshops while conducting quantitative research to support environmental education. The ideal candidate will assist in managing data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the growth of workforce skills in public health and environmental sectors across diverse communities.
This is a Remote position.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency with SPSS or similar statistical software, Experience managing open-source datasets, Data transcription, coding, and quantitative analysis skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree in a relevant field such as STEM Education, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in educational or community-based research.
