Job Summary
The Research Program Manager will provide critical research oversight and management for NIH-funded research projects.
Will be responsible for overseeing all data collection, training of research staff, ensuring all aspects of study compliance, and assisting the PI with necessary reports and presentations.
Duties will include oversight and management of data collection which could include interviewing study participants about sensitive topics such as mental health, criminal history, and substance use; supervision of research staff and training of personnel on research protocols and policies, assistance with reporting and presentations for local and state agencies, technical assistance, and other duties that help support a state or federally funded project, or as assigned by the Principal Investigator (PI).

Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access); Qualtrics, REDCap or other online survey software, Stata, SPSS or SAS, online project management software; Adobe; ArcGIS a plus.

Master’s degree (Public Health, social/behavioral sciences, or related field) plus two or more years related research experience in project administration, data collection, and database management preferred
