The Role
Fidelity's team is growing and looking for a dedicated Revenue Operations Senior Systems Manager. This team delivers innovative technology, robust industry experience and expertise, and seamless service to all companies and their stakeholders across their entire corporate life cycle. This role will be focused on supporting the growth and expansion of our business that services private companies and the start-up community.
As the Revenue Operations Senior Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in the ongoing development and management of our HubSpot ecosystem for the Fidelity Private Shares go-to-market team. You will drive system improvements, streamline and automate processes, and ensure our technology solutions align with business objectives, best-in-class design, and Fidelity requirements. This role will split time between new integrations and implementations, automation projects, and providing end user support for our applications.
Collaborate across go-to-market team to design, implement and test innovative technology solutions within our HubSpot instance acting as owner and executor
Ensure technical solutions align with go-to-market initiatives
Maintain expert level knowledge of the systems in our tech stack and keep up to date with software releases
Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes
Assist in training and enablement of new users to grow the technical capabilities across the team
Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access
Perform incident management (troubleshooting) and develop response procedures.
Extract, manipulate, import/update large and complex data sets
Ad hoc projects relating to integrations with existing Fidelity systems and ensuring our systems follow Fidelity requirements
The Expertise We're Looking for and The Skills You Bring
3-5 years of experience in a RevOps systems admin role, ideally in more than 1 HubSpot org
Technical aptitude in maintaining and building out GTM tools end-to-end
Deep understanding of HubSpot functionality. HubSpot certifications preferred
Experience configuring and integrating the systems in our tech stack
A self-started with prior experience in a high growth SaaS start-up scaling the operations of Sales, Marketing, Customer success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in user-friendly language
Problem-solver with a passion for improving efficiency
