The Team
Fidelity Corporate Development Group is a multidisciplinary team that works closely with all Fidelity's Business Units and levels of the organization to evaluate strategic opportunities. These opportunities include potential investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, as well as business unit evaluations and reviews.

The Role
As part of the Corporate Development team, this position is uniquely positioned at the intersection of incumbents, startups, and investors. We're looking for a driven individual who can confidently connect these spheres and lead operations across a distributed team.
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Operations, responsibilities include executing operations for our team, administering our portfolio management, building senior management reporting, and developing and maintaining our sourcing network across our team and relevant business partners.
The Expertise You Have
* 3 - 5 years of experience in Financial Services; an understanding of the industry and key players.
* Demonstrated success in program management; you know how to plan and lead complicated programs involving senior leaders and internal and external partners.
* Relevant operational experience: you know how to run the operational systems that are critical to the group's success.
* Demonstrable ability to use technology to communicate, align and operationalize multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
* You have a growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, passion for networking and relationship management; combined with an outstanding structured approach to planning and managing KPI's.
The Skills You Bring
* Self-starter, with the ability to ideate, plan and execute initiatives; thanks to you, things just happen.
* Know how to run the operational and logistical side of programs and pride yourself on precise execution and attention to detail, lead development of executive level materials.
* Ability to manage internal data systems and own team reporting processes.
* Excellent communicator, both verbal and written. You demonstrate a high degree of professional integrity in verbal and written communication, suitable for executive-level conversations.
* You have strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize findings and develop practical, concrete recommendations.
* Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment.


The Value You Deliver
* You will keep the Corporate Development team on track through thoughtful operations management and streamlined processes to efficiently collaborate across geographies and on multiple projects simultaneously.
* You will develop and deliver ways to communicate our activities and performance, internally and externally.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$120,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
