The Chief Technology Officer Organization’s vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization.
Collaborates with other Service Delivery Managers and Site Services colleagues to articulate programs, projects, and incident remediations. Responsible for the design, strategy, and identifying actions to maintain or improve levels of service. Responsible for the communication of operations of the Service Delivery functional area to audiences including senior leadership. Ensures that service delivery and all functions of site services is represented effectively to Digital Workplace peers and leaders.
Organizational Context:
Provides overall content creation, messaging, communication strategies, and presentations of Service Delivery activities across multiple service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· You will consult, plan, and design efficient, accurate, and appropriate communications expressing necessary explanations of any/all requests from Service Delivery/Site Services colleagues and leaders
· Responsible for program or project research, design, and strategy
· Monitors the quality of any official messaging or presentations to groups internal and external of Site Services Americas
· Ensures data is presented accurately with succinct “number stories” to enable data-based decision making
· Directs Service Delivery Managers/Resources in the presentation and storytelling of their efforts and projects; vetting information to craft the desired narrative
· Coaches Service Delivery Managers/Resources with talking points, presentations, or written communications
· Delivers curriculums or trainings when requested; collaborate closely with subject matter experts to determine most advantageous way to cascade knowledge
· Provides feedback or editing of any/all written documentation including process documentation
· Ensures baseline metrics are captured and success metrics become central to program implementation and reporting
· Creates visual designs and marketing strategies to promote servicing changes, programs, and new procedures
· Establishes communication strategies, timelines, and content for projects
· Assists directors and VP for Executive presentation preparation
Scope of Impact/Influence:
Resolving communication needs, working under the general direction of a Director Service Delivery Management. Partners with Directors of Technical Delivery to drive continuous improvements in operational quality and performance. Provides communications for business consumption on outages and provides assistance in addressing concerns or providing additional information.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior relevant IT work experience including technology communications
Knowledge/Skills:
Requires knowledge across multiple business and technical environments, covering a variety of business functions and capabilities
Requires content creation acumen in terms of research, identifying audience, determining correct level of detail, and appropriate order of information

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
