Job Title: Squad Leader, Health Analytics and Reporting

The Role: Fidelity Health is an exciting and rapidly growing division that is revolutionizing the healthcare industry. As the Squad Leader, you will be a driving force in shaping the future of our health-related analytics and client reporting products. You will have the opportunity to work alongside cross-functional teams, including sales, client relationship managers, engineering, and design, to ensure the successful delivery and widespread adoption of our products.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., information science, computer science, business administration, healthcare management) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience: Bring over 10 years in data, analytics, and product management, with a consistent track record in driving successful analytics product development and adoption. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices is crucial for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client data.

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap that aligns with broader organizational goals. A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate those needs into roadmap is essential.

  • Technical Knowledge: The ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights is crucial for developing effective analytics and reporting products. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar platforms and familiarity with data visualization techniques. You have a shown ability to craft and implement analytics solutions that optimally communicate sophisticated analytics in a clear and understandable format.

  • Product Management: Experience in product management, including defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • User Experience (UX) Design: Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to design intuitive and user-friendly dashboards, visualizations, and reports is valuable for ensuring the usability and adoption of analytics and reporting products.

  • Project Management: Showcase excellent project management skills to effectively communicate progress and address challenges with partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and exceeding expectations. Experience in Agile environments such as scrum or Kanban is preferred.

  • Leadership and team management: The ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive a high-performance culture is important for effectively managing product development and achieving business goals.

  • Own the Outcome: Possess a proven track record of taking initiative and working independently, driving innovation, and continuous improvement.
