Vice President/Director, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., New York, NY:
Lead major Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets transactions for firm’s top private equity relationships. Execute private equity transactions for M&A and capital markets event fee business. Research private and public company targets for investment by financial sponsors. Present detailed financial structures to private equity clients. Create pitchbooks encompassing core private equity investments.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, Pay range: $300,000 to $310,000 per year.
RequirementsMust have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and at least 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience.
Must have 6 years of experience in:
· Financial modeling;
· Investment / Commercial banking experience;
· Transaction origination and execution;
· Financial and commercial qualitative and quantitative analysis;
· M&A process execution;
· Capital markets structuring;
· Leveraged Buyout (Private Equity Deals) Modeling;
· Credit Analysis and Memorandum Creation;
· Commercial Banking Products and Solutions; and,
· Private Equity Client Relationship Building.
Must have 1 year of experience in private equity sponsor coverage.
Must have or be able to obtain FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
