JOB SUMMARY The Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) is searching for a highly effective Associate General Counsel to assist the ONA General Counsel in supporting ONA staff, ONA Directors and ONA members in labor relations matters and internal organizational matters.QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires at least three (3) years of experience in representation of a labor organization in grievance arbitrations and/or NLRB proceedings. &nbsp;The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to understand workplace dynamics, handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and take initiative.
