Maintain student academic records and submit reports related to the program (i.e., grades, attendance, discipline, etc.). Attend workshops and/or other training programs to remain current in the building construction industry. Minimum Qualifications
High degree of knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Organizational and communication skills. Networking skills. Time management skills; ability to meet deadlines. Ability to relate and communicate to a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Diploma and/or Associates Degree, industry-recognized certifications and/or license in the field or the ability to become certified within the first year of employment, and teaching experience preferred.
