Qualifications: • DMD or DDS degree or combined DMD/DDS and MD • Board eligibility or certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice experience, consistent with years of residency education • Eligibility for Kentucky licensure DOE: • Instruction 55% • Patient care 25% • Research/Scholarly Activity 10% • Professional Development 8% • Administration 2% Total: 100% Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
