<h4>Introduction</h4> The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking an experienced professional to serve as Chief Engineer (Transportation Chief of Engineering and Construction Services). NOTE: <ul><li>Managerial capacity is defined as full time managerial responsibility for major programs.
