The role will be responsible for the following: 
Under the supervision of the Department Head and/or Lead Faculty, Dual Enrollment Instructors have as their chief duty the instruction of assigned college classes in area high schools, providing quality instruction for student learning and maintaining a positive learning environment in the classroom. College classes are taught at several area high schools using a variety of formats, (on-ground, virtual, online, and hybrid). Responsibilities for Dual Enrollment Instructors include: conducting classes using appropriate instructional practices, maintaining records of attendance, evaluating student performance on assignments or lab activities, assigning mid-term grades, assigning final grades, utilizing faculty feedback, completing mandatory training as needed, and performing other duties as assigned. Beyond teaching responsibilities, Dual Enrollment Instructors are also obligated to comply with and support college policies as set forth in the Strategic Plan, the College Catalog, the Adjunct Faculty Handbook, and the Employment Agreement.

Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:The Administrative Faculty is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation, and evaluation of classroom instruction and related activities. In addition to teaching, curriculum development, student advisement, and other academic responsibilities, this position has the responsibility of coordinating the Marriage &amp; Family Therapy (MFT) African American Family Studies (AAFS) specialization. The Department of Pharmacology at Tulane University School of Medicine is currently recruiting for a research-track position at the level of Assistant Professor. Areas of preferred expertise include but are not limited to Vascular Biology, Metabolomics, and Neuroscience.&nbsp; This position is expected to maintain an independent research program in their area of expertise, get the laboratory up and running; hire experienced staff, and generate data towards publishing papers as a senior author; the position requires the writing of manuscripts, the submission of progress reports to funding agencies, and maintenance of laboratory records.&nbsp; In addition, the goal for this position is to acquire extramural sources and expand collaboration with departmental colleagues.&nbsp; The candidate will be involved in teaching graduate and medical students.
