GENERAL EXPERIENCE</h4><br>    Five (5) years of professional experience in the appropriate professional rehabilitation therapy program specialty performing such activities as program evaluation, planning and application for individuals with an intellectual disability, emotional disabilities and physical disabilities.   <br><h4>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
