Role Purpose:
The IT Compliance and Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of Hain Celestial's IT compliance and audit processes across all entities. This role oversees IT compliance activities, internal and external IT audits, user access reviews, and audit procedures for IT projects. The Manager will work closely with Internal Audit, Senior IT Management, and IT Owners to mitigate risks, manage controls, and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
&nbsp;IT Compliance:
<ul>
<li>Identify areas of IT risk that need to be managed by IT compliance activities.</li>
<li>Define the scope, frequency, and operation of IT compliance activities.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and communicate IT compliance activities to relevant control performers.</li>
<li>Monitor and motivate the timely completion of IT compliance activities.</li>
</ul>
Internal IT Audit:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate annually with Internal Audit to understand materiality of Hain entities for IT audit scope.</li>
<li>Perform an annual review of business applications used by Hain entities to determine which are in scope for SOX audit.</li>
<li>Review and update the Global IT Risk Control Matrix annually.</li>
<li>Develop a comprehensive schedule for periodic IT audit testing activities to validate the effectiveness of IT compliance control activities.</li>
<li>Review IT control inventory and design with Internal Audit and Senior IT Management annually.</li>
<li>Document IT audit testing procedures for all entities and applications.</li>
<li>Conduct regular sampling and testing of IT control timeliness and effectiveness, documenting the results.</li>
<li>Document and communicate IT control deficiencies to Internal Audit and IT Management, and collaborate on remediation.</li>
</ul>
User Access Review (UAR) and Privileged User Access Review (PrivUAR):
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Internal Audit and Senior IT Management to determine the scope for UAR and PrivUAR activities.</li>
<li>Maintain documentation describing standards and practices for semi-annual UAR and PrivUAR activities.</li>
<li>Schedule, plan, and lead semi-annual UAR and PrivUAR activities in collaboration with relevant IT Owners and Administrators.</li>
</ul>
Facilitate the External IT Audit:
<ul>
<li>Plan IT audit activities with the External IT Audit Team selected by Corporate Internal Audit.</li>
<li>Schedule and facilitate walkthrough meetings for all entities, systems, and applications in scope for the IT audit.</li>
<li>Facilitate IT audit evidence gathering across all IT Owners and Control Performers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with IT Owners to resolve any audit questions about audit evidence, control design, control performance, or deficiencies.</li>
<li>Provide regular audit status updates to Senior IT Management, Corporate Internal Audit, and IT Owners.</li>
<li>Provide relevant evidence of Internal IT Audit review and testing procedures to External Audit to support reliance procedures.</li>
</ul>
Compliance and Audit Procedures for IT Projects/Updates:
<ul>
<li>Consult with project managers and IT Owners to develop/apply relevant compliance and audit procedures for IT update projects.</li>
<li>Determine when SDLC procedures are applicable and ensure that appropriate activities are conducted and required evidence is gathered.</li>
<li>Assess and adapt IT compliance, internal audit, and UAR procedures to include coverage for significant IT application and systems changes.</li>

Education and/or Experience:
Required:

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li>

IT Compliance and Audit Manager

<h2>Overview/Purpose: </h2>
Oversees the functions of the production line(s) to maximize and maintain optimum efficiency. Operates sophisticated/complex types of electrical/motor driven machinery and is responsible to synchronize the various machinery components of the production line. Monitors incoming WIP (work in progress) and packaging components to produce finish goods that meet food safety standards set forth. Communicates with line workers, warehouse and maintenance personnel to create a pleasant environment and promote good morale.
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Direct and redirect labor as-needed throughout the shift to achieve shift production goals, maximize efficiency and maintain safety standards.</li>
<li>Conduct and record results for pre-start safety and sanitation inspections, pre-post operation form, and other key shift metrics</li>
<li>Communicate with warehouse support team to ensure that WIP and packaging is available and staged for the production run as well as throughout the shift. Notify Production Supervisor/ Manger of any inaccuracies or deficiencies.</li>

<li>Communicate with Production Supervisor to determine planning department’s production run on appropriate production line, preventive maintenance schedule, and MCS.</li>
<li>Train employees: how to perform their job faster and more reliably and encourage employees with good ideas. Provide feedback to employees concerning mistakes made and ways to improve during the process, maintaining positive employee morale.</li>
<li>Continuous evaluations of process to improve efficiencies and cut cost.</li>
<li>Utilize Maintenance Work Request System to resolve equipment issues that are identified</li>
<li>Effectively execute shift handoff meetings where you provide detailed information for shift performance and issues that occurred.</li>

The Maintenance Mechanic I troubleshoots and repairs all plant structures and equipment associated with the production and packaging areas. This is to be done with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.

Basic Purpose:
Safely use a powered industrial forklift truck (sit or stand) to load and unload trucks trailers; to move raw materials from and finish inventory to proper locations; and to move waste materials to proper location for disposal. 
Responsibilities:
The material handler /forklift drivers will relocate palletized loads of materials from the warehouse or from storage trailers to the production areas or to replenish inventory stockpiles. They could remove items from key location on the plant floor and place them in assigned locations. In addition to being key team members in maintaining FIFO stock rotation, they are critical to the operations ability to maintain a successful pest control program. The careless operation of powered industrial forklift trucks, hydraulic pallet jacks, and electric assist pallet movers can be devastating to other employees, fixed equipment, walls, doorways, and pest control devices. The forklift driver will maintain those records and documents required to assure the safety requirements of equipment operation as well as documents concerning inventory control, and shipping /receiving records.&nbsp; Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety.

<h2>Purpose:</h2>
The Customer Insights Manager works closely with Hain’s Walmart Account Team to monitor key category performance &amp; competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing &amp; Category Managers to develop &amp; communicate fact-based analysis &amp; insights to support Hain’s category solutions &amp; meet topline sales objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
The Customer Insights Manager supports Hain’s Walmart Account Team by using syndicated data, shopper card data, and other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support Hain’s largest customer team by serving as a Customer Insights Manager. Acts as the category subject matter expert for Hain’s Walmart Account Team and Walmart Merchants; possesses deep knowledge of categories and category strategies at Walmart.</li>
<li>Proficient in interpreting shopper data and consumer research to identify category opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate customer growth.</li>
<li>Understand the national category strategy and tailor solutions for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club. Consistently monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.</li>
<li>Develop short and long-term category objectives aimed at delivering incremental buyers, trips, and units.</li>
<li>Establish credibility as an industry thought leader in category management by gaining strategic category partnerships through demonstration of category and consumer expertise.</li>
<li>Establish strong, multi-level working relationships with Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club based on trust &amp; integrity.</li>
<li>Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources (Luminate, Circana, SPINS, Consumer Panel) to develop strategies &amp; merchandising recommendations for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club.</li>
<li>Synthesize information and insights into selling story, category, and business reviews.</li>
<li>Deliver category insights to Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club to build partnerships and grow our core categories.</li>
<li>Complete customer category review process utilizing category analysis, shopper insights &amp; other available analytic tools.</li>
<li>Provides general reporting, analytical support, and guidance for Hain’s Walmart Account Team.</li>

Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>5+ years in a Category Management role or Relevant Sales/Category Experience</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Spins, or Nielsen) and shopper data </li>
<li>Advanced Excel &amp; PowerPoint Skills</li>
<li>Category leadership, retail sales &amp; analytics expertise</li>
<li>Shopper insights knowledge</li>
</ul>

<li>In-depth knowledge of Walmart, the broader CPG landscape, and sales channels.</li>

Manager, Customer Insights

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:
<ul>
<li>Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center. </li>
<li>Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork. </li>
<li>Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to.</li>
<li>Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators. </li>
<li>Communicate any necessary shift changes or machine issues occurring.</li>
<li>Execute any projects as expected in a timely manner. </li>
<li>Be an positive team member and participate in process improvements, quality, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.</li>

Sr. Lead Operator (Night Shift)

Overview/Purpose: 
The Multicraft Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots and repairs all plant structures and equipment associated in the production and packaging areas.&nbsp; This is to be done with minimal supervision and in a timely manner.
Primary Duties:
<ul>
<li>General industrial maintenance troubleshooting &amp; repairs (conveyors, statistical weighers, vertical baggers, etc.)</li>
<li>Electrical troubleshooting of Industrial Equipment (PLCs, Drives, Servos, 480V Motors, 24VDC Control Circuit, Labelers, Robotic Palletizers, Closed Loop Controls, etc.)</li>
<li>Basic HVAC experience</li>
<li>Basic Fabrication (welding, milling, etc.)</li>
<li>Completion of PMs (Preventive Maintenance)</li>
</ul>
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety and quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.&nbsp; 
Requirements:

<li>Minimum two years’ experience in a Maintenance Technician role in a manufacturing environment or related capacity</li>
<li>High School Diploma/GED with substantial experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability required.</li>
<li>Associates’ Degree in an engineering, technology or scientific related discipline is preferred. </li>
<li>Experience with CMMS Software required – (Computerized Maintenance Management System)</li>
<li>Experience in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Work cooperatively in cross-functional teams to solve persistent downtime issues</li>
<li>Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Possess advanced computer literacy</li>
