Job Summary

To actualize our missions, we seek candidates for the position of Child Welfare Education (CWE) Liaison II. This position is responsible for supporting Child Welfare Education (CWE) programs across participating universities. The CWE will engage directly with site coordinators to support program compliance and assessment.

Site Engagement
  • Serve as the primary interface for CWE engagement with institutional site coordinators to ensure a clear, shared understanding of CWE strategic priorities and guidance.
  • Provide necessary program information to sites; ensure alignment to program goals and objectives.
  • Provide planning coordination and execution across academic institutions.
  • Establish and maintain a regular channel of communication with site coordinators to address questions, comments, concerns, and/or celebrations associated with CWE student participants.


Training Support and Development

  • Support and conduct professional development for site coordinators to ensure they are knowledge about CWE programming.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled regional meetings of site coordinators to provide technical assistance and build collaborative capacity across sites.
  • Initiate site orientations and onboarding, as needed.
  • Conduct need assessment and screenings of coordinators to identify training needs.


Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Oversee subaward and/or external contracts, to ensure adherence to CWE program requirements.
  • Monitor progress associated with specified milestones, and help trouble shoot issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Manage, report, and analyze data associated with program milestones and compliance; generate summative reports as needed.
  • Gather, assess, disseminate and communicate information, lessons learned and best practices regarding site engagement and program coordination to support the achievement of CWE strategic priorities.


Curriculum Support
  • Coordinate and lead CWE content reviews, to include collating course materials, feedback, and other forms of input.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with instructors to discuss curriculum updates and improvements.
