Paygrade/Salary:L-$58,547.06, M-$66,168.17, N-$78,955.29 (Based on qualifications/experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding Customer Service
- Maintains HIPAA standards related to Privacy and Security
- Provides related technical assistance and training within the district-wide TB program
- Manages the planning and implementation of TB program-related activities
- Evaluates the TB program and activities for compliance with state and/or federal guidelines
- Acts as a lead worker on projects and/or programs
- May conduct presentations at schools, churches, organizations, etc., and may serve on community committees
- Responds to Public Health Emergencies
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing, public health or related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of nursing experience AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certified OR Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university AND Three years of nursing experience AND current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license AND CPR certified. (Please mail or bring a copy of your College Transcript or Diploma to the Interview—you must have an official transcript prior to the start date). This position requires the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and the ability to bend and reach up.
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing, public health, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Previous employment with any state's Department of Public Health or a County Board of Health
- Audit/QA experience
- Experience providing technical assistance and training
- One or more years of managerial experience
- Case Management experience
- Experience working with Tuberculosis patients

This position may require driving company vehicles (Valid driver's license required) and working some evenings and weekends during special events such as health fairs and responding to disasters.
