Position: Executive Assistant Job Description: We are currently searching for an Executive Assistant who will provide senior-level administrative support for two vice presidents within our governance, sustainability, and human resources function. This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial, CO and 2 days from home. <ul><li>Prioritize and manage the leaders' calendar and time, serving as the first point of contact for those requesting time and meetings.</li><li>Support the flow of information to and from the leader and between the leadership team.</li><li>Assist the leader with business planning, special projects, business reviews, and presentations (internal and external).</li><li>Gather information as needed to ensure the leader is prepared for meetings.</li><li>Translate and align the leaders' plans into actionable steps for the team.</li><li>Coordinate special initiatives on behalf of the leaders or leadership team.</li><li>Schedule and provide administrative support for town halls, all hands calls, etc.</li><li>Book travel and complete expense reports.</li><li>Process purchase orders/invoices through internal Oracle procurement system and monitors for completeness.</li></ul> What we're looking for <ul><li>Minimum of five years of prior work experience as an executive assistant.</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Project management skills and being able to handle team initiatives from start to finish (i.e. self-starter).</li><li>Ability to create, review, and edit material on behalf of leaders with limited oversight.</li><li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents and presentations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft suite of tools - Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all information related to the leader and organization.</li></ul> What's In It for You: At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
